An introduction to Dr Shane Geha
Dr Geha is the Managing Director and co-founder of EG Advisory, a premier rezoning company with expertise in land transformation operating across Australia. Dr Geha is one of the leading rezoning experts in New South Wales and as Managing Director, takes responsibility for all operations and projects undertaken by the company.
His focus is working closely with clients on property uplift strategy and implementation and has worked on multiple rezoning projects including some of the largest land use changes in both size and value in Sydney and New South Wales.
With Dr Geha at the helm, EG Advisory has completed over 200 rezonings and 1,000 DAs have been completed over the past 16 years, with a 98% success rate including Little Bay, Riverstone, Tempe and Wonderland NSW – to name a few.
Dr Geha completed his PhD in Planning on “Quantifying the Rezoning Effect” at the University of New South Wales in 2013 and lectures part-time at the University of Sydney in several Engineering Courses.
Dr Geha was appointed as an adjunct professor at the University of New South Wales in September 2017.
He delivered two international lectures to more than 150 students and senior staff of the School of Architecture and Engineering at both Notre Dame University and ALBA Balamund University in Lebanon in March 2016.
